Isoform-Resolution Single-Cell Atlas of Mouse Aging

Iso-TMS is a comprehensive re-analysis of the Tabula Muris Senis (TMS) droplet dataset - the landmark single-cell aging atlas (Nature, 2020). Using SCALPEL, a transcript isoform quantification method developed by the Plass Lab (UB/IDIBELL) and published in Nature Communications, 2025, we resolved 137,767 transcript isoforms across 233,905 cells spanning 16 tissues, 6 age groups, and two sexes.
