References & Attribution - GPCRdb
A reference database for G protein-coupled receptors providing expert-curated structure annotations including conformational state labels. Protein data, state labels (active / intermediate / inactive), and class labels (Class A-F) used in AlephConforma's validation were retrieved from the GPCRdb REST API. GPCRdb adopts the official receptor nomenclature and classification standards established by the IUPHAR/BPS Guide to PHARMACOLOGY (NC-IUPHAR; see separate entry).
